I was an early beta tester of Xero, and have submitted almost 40 bug reports and suggestions, so I feel that I've given lots of honest feedback. The Aftermail quote is interesting though, because I've noticed that Xero's customer care has become less personal and more automated since moving out of the beta phase. But I guess that's to be expected as the number of customers grows.
